"The Entrusted American Politician and Global Leaders"

March 25, 2005

As one of this nation’s greatest leaders, Abraham Lincoln once said, “We find ourselves in the peaceful possession of the fairest portion of the Earth, as regards extent of territory fertility of soil, and salubrity of climate….We find ourselves….the legal inheritors of these fundamental blessings. We toiled not in the acquirement or establishment of them.”

It seems that our entrusted “elected” leadership from local, state and federal government have turned their cheeks and forgotten God’s Blessings on America. A government established by and for this great nation's hard-working people who fled oppression from all over the world to strive in making it their daily practice to be understanding and respectful of one another, proud of their heritage, while also building a strong American family with values afforded them by their forefathers.

Whether Democratic, Republican, Independent, or other, partisan politics is playing a dangerous role in America today more than ever before.

The majority of American people seek a secure and progressive society committed to new technologies and a better Life for every citizen here and wherever people choose to support America.

Whether in WWI or WWII and in so many conflicts around the world, America's caring young men and women have given their greatest sacrifice so that others whether in Europe, India, China or New York can strive to hold out their hands to one another in hope especially for succeeding generations.

Many today look at American politicians as self-indulgent, ungrateful and unthankful individuals not willing to serve the majority interests of the populace with these supposed leaders serving their own self-agenda no matter the cost to all and to those around the globe looking to us to help make Life more tolerable for all. We are a Blessed people with a covenant to the Lord and one another that we must hold to the highest standard.

To the American politicians, though certainly not inclusive to our politicians, but to self-serving leaders as well, often self-proclaimed around the globe, you should remind yourselves of the words of wisdom professed by Prophet Haggai, “Ye have sown much, and bring in little, ye eat, but ye have not enough; ye drink, but you are not filled with drink; ye clothe you, but there is none warm; and he that earneth wages earneth wages to put into a bag with holes. Thus saith the Lord of hosts; Consider your ways” (Haggai 1:6-7)

To the American politician who continues to fail in his/her commitment to serve this nation in every manner whether economically, politically, socially, a nation evolving from the toil of our immigrant forefathers so very Blessed by the Lord, I remind you of the words of (Proverbs 22:7) “The rich ruleth over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender.”

We the people of this wonderful country remind those we have elected and pursue their opulent ways that in just one generation, the United States of America has gone from being the world’s greatest creditor to its biggest debtor.

In (Haggai 1:5) it states, “Consider your ways.”

The fundamental spiritual law bestowed upon each of us by the Lord to regulate our relationship to the Lord and between man and man, no matter where he resides, is a principal which must be followed in all that we pursue daily whether in politics or in our many daily relationships.

With spiritual law continually being broken, we are witness to the disharmony and disrespect which leads to unhappiness and suffering throughout the world. Often we have only to look to our local politician to understand the results of his/her self-serving agenda who bestow upon themselves the bounty stolen from the wage earners.

Contrary to the Lord’s wishes, “The transgression of the law” as sin (1 John 3:4) and further defined in (Romans 7:14) which can be construed as man’s choice in his failure to reach out with Love and fairness in government practice and justice for all no matter in America or in any other country!

It is time to take heed and to show respect for one another as no one will succeed, no matter party, affiliation or cause.

Continued broken covenants to the Lord and to one another despite our differences will result in the burden of even more anguish and suffering and a world unknown as it is today.

Children everywhere deserve better whether in the streets of New York, Cairo, Palestine or Israel.

The present "watch" of Mothers and women throughout the world must focus on doing whatever possible in joining hands together to assure that weapons of danger, corruption, self-serving politics, personal economic gain versus the best interests of the majority are put aside replacing all with understanding, compassion, utilizing discussion and compromise to achieve a safer world for the young and their future prosperity.

In concluding, in my first "draft" of a new book I am writing to be printed hopefully this year entitled, "Quotable Quotes" by Christopher Tingus, I refer to a few quotes to simply provoke thought and discussion among all of us in helping to understand Life better in our hopes together for a better Life for all:

“Life’s evils are foremost in the eyes of those who relish in themselves….”

“The power that often evolves from ambition is said to be the tools of madness and this madness is nothing less than contempt for those who portray integrity, fortitude, and willingness to serve others in professing their prowess in their finest hour….”

To our youth, “Many have often said that the young do not understand reality; yet, if afforded the opportunity to nurture, I believe that with youth’s hopes and dreams, reality flourishes….”

“To many, the human being is a mere entity of the cosmic spectrum; yet, afforded the opportunity and Blessed with inherent ambition, the human being can become the brightest star of the universe….”

"A Life's path that becomes too arduous must be replaced with one less wrinkled or a wrinkled frown will prominently appear."

"The web of Life is pervaded with the entanglements of reality."

"Doubt begets thought, thought provokes action."

"The Life and breath of a novel is only as good as its author."

"A woman's hand was created to be held with caring, loving gentleness often witnessed by the clasp of a couple hand in hand."

God Bless America and all around this globe who choose to create a world which we share in respect and understanding of one another!

With Respect, I am Sincerely,

Christopher Tingus, Citizen
